    General Summary

    We are currently seeking a Senior IT Systems Engineer (Endpoint). Main responsibilities include analysis, design, development, and 2nd/3rd level support of existing or new endpoint devices, systems infrastructure, systems and endpoint management solutions, and business services.


    Additional responsibilities include:

    • Provides planning and design of systems infrastructure, architecture, and endpoints for new systems/technologies and enhancements to support business strategy.
    • Provides technical support of systems/infrastructure and endpoints to ensure operational excellence.
    • Provides administration and support of systems infrastructure and endpoints to ensure business and security needs are met.
    • Performs research and analysis of systems infrastructure and endpoint, technologies, tools, and architectures to meet current and future business requirements.
    • Lead/Primary administrator of Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) infrastructure for endpoint management.
    • Active Directory Group Policy design & administration
    • Design, implementation, and support automation workflows for deployment & base images of the Windows 10 workstation environment.
    • Design, implementation, and support of Windows 10 workstations running in a VMware Horizon View VDI environment.


    • Bachelor’s degree in a technology related field and 7+ years experience building and supporting technology infrastructure OR 2+ years post high school education or applicable training in a technology related field and 9+ years of experience building and supporting technology infrastructure.
    • Expert level knowledge of SCCM administration and configuration.
    • Strong interpersonal and written communication skills to provide customer support.
    • Be able to participate in a rotating on-call schedule.
    • Proven project management and technical skills.
    • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective work relationships.
